What is this update ?

So basically 24h2 force me to install the kb5051987 update, from what i understood is a security update that fix some issues that is in 24h2, but i see also the '' windows update windows malicious software removal tool x64 - v5.132'' not forced to be installed, i have not the auto update enable but what is this update and is it safe to install it after the kb5051987 update ?Now i have to restart to finish the installation of kb5051987 but don't want to install the MSRT v5.132 now, i can safely restart and then when windows will maybe force me to install this update, there will be no issues ?I
