Recovery help when credentials, PIN and Fingerprint is not recognized

After an update last week, I had to use my “recovery code” to reload Windows 11 on my laptop as the system no longer recognized my credentials, PIN nor fingerprint. I can’t explain how I managed to get to the screen on my laptop where I could log into my Microsoft account (total fluke), but reloading Windows did not solve the problems. I’ve tried everything and cannot get into my laptop.
