How do I get rid of this stupid white thing on my desktop?

I just made th switch from Win10 Pro to Win11 Pro. The last update was installed and when the PC restarted there was this white thing on my desktop. It can be moved all over the screen and is present on every app that I open. What is it and how do I get rid of it? I have restarted my computer several times but that did nothing.
