Windows 11 Posted February 12 Posted February 12 I have recently forgotten the PIN for my laptop, which is usually no big deal as I have a fingerprint scanner. I attempted to use the scanner only to be told I MUST use the pin. Then, when I try to reset the PIN, the code does not get sent to any email of mine. Other microsoft codes work fine and get sent to the correct email, but the code to reset the PIN never goes through. This is incredibly irritating and Microsoft has essentially kicked me out from using my own device. Immediate attention is required and the fact that your helplines are all utterly useless doesnt help things. Awful look. View the full article Quote
