Wi-fi adapter not showing up in Device Manager after being manually re-installed on Windows 11

I'm using Asus TUF Gaming A15 FA506IH_FX506IH with Microsoft Windows 11 Home Single Language/64bits OS. My Wi-fi menu disappeared and i can't connect to any Bluetooth devices no matter how. My windows version is up to date and after i checked on a Driver Updater software (Driver Easy) it shows that both of my Wireless Network driver and Bluetooth driver is up to date. I tried to do a network reset from settings and it didn't fix the problem, then i tried to uninstall the wireless driver and re-install the latest driver from Asus website for my laptop model (Realtek Wireless LAN Driver) but the
