After installing 2025-02 (cumulative 24H2 update KB5051987), 0x0000098 \BCD bluescreen

As in title, the KB5051987 2025-02 update (covered by KB5051987) showed up last night. I chose update and shutdown, which it did. Then bluescreened with:The Boot Configuration Data file doesn't contain valid information for an operating system.File: \BCDError code: 0xc0000098Recovery Environment on disk wouldn't load (the first drive does have a recovery partitition, but could not load it apparently).
