I cannot update from 22H2 to 24H2 without crashing my PC during reboot phase

Hi, hopefully somebody can help me!My issue lies in updating my Windows version to the 24H2 version. Once I reboot my pc, it goes quite a way into update progress before I encounter a BSOD. It is either involving Accessing Read Only Memory, or Page Non Fault error codes. I tried using scannow, didn't work. I also tried using the Windows Update troubleshooter, also didn't work. I have XMP profiles on my RAM, but that surely shouldn't have to do with anything. Maybe it could be due to my PSU, but I doubt it.
