I have often BSOD with variety of errors, like PAGE_FAULT_IN_NON_PAGED_AREA, irql_not_less_or_equal, SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION etc. And with variety of files involved , like ntoskrnl.exe, win32kfull.sys etc. I cannot analyze minidump myself, because WinDbg is failing to install (i believe it's due to the same reason why BSOD appears, but I'm not sure).
