How in the $%$$#$ do you turn off the 'hoover mouse over" function in Windows 11. I have avoided changing to 11 since there are always issues BUT I just set up a new Dell laptop with 11 already installed. When , after much searching, I finally tracked down a box for the Hoover function it was set as OFF (not checked) but I am still automatically sent off in wild directions every time I move the cursor using my touch pad especially when browsing (Chrome) Why did Microsoft break something that worked by making this an automatic feature and making it impossible to shut off?? Why cant users ch
