PC Randomly Reboots with no BSOD sometimes at idle sometimes under load

My PC has recently started randomly restarting. I've made no hardware or software changes recently apart from updating windows. When it reboots, it goes into a boot error screen from the BIOS and gives me the option to either enter BIOS setting or "load optimised defaults and reboot". I've reset all defaults on the MOBO and error still occurs. I updated BIOS to latest release and error still occuring. Will often do it in waves - 3 or 4 times in a row then won't do it again for a few days. Initially it only occured when idle, I disabled C8 and C10 states however this didn't fix the issue. Turn
