Windows 11 upgrade from Windows 10 rolls back with "Inaccessible Boot Device" after 75% , and secureboot enabled

Hi , Now this one if tough, even chatgpt ran out of suggestions :D My windows 10 originally was installed on SSD (2019-2024) on old motherboard with NO secure boot, in CSM compatibility mode. Later i changed computer (Asrock B450 Steel Legend) then cloned to NVME. During the clone there where troubles with booting pc , so recovery partitions where removed, and EFI was recreated manually , so afte bootrec /rebuildbcd Windows 10 started working ok (see my disk partition map)Today, when trying to upgrade it to windows 11 , i enabled the secure boot, but first attempt went "inaccessible boto dr
