Why can't I open a new folder when saving a document eg inNitro PDF reader? I have no problem creating a new folder in resource mode.

After the latest Windows 11 update I have not been able to open/create a new folder for saving a document.I have to go the resource mngmt and open a new folder there and come back to my application (eg Nitro PDF Reader).Before the update there was no problem.
