I can't close my Microsoft account because it says I am part of a work organization and I can't delete it.

I follow the process to delete my old account and when I do, it says I need to leave my 'work organization'. I had no idea I was even part of a work organization. When I try to delete it, the page says everything is ok but I have to delete all 'License-based subscriptions'.I've followed advice on how to do this: which is going to the Billing tab, but I can't figure out what subscription I have besides the free version of Microsoft Teams.
