How can I open a support request for problems with Windows 11 feature updates via MS Intune?

We are experiencing sporadic instances of Windows 10 devices that we add to our Windows 11 Optional Feature update group that are either prompting users to update their PCs to Windows 11 or possibly even pushing this update. The expected behavior and the one we saw in our testing late last year was that the option to upgrade to Windows 11 only presented itself to the users when they invoked a check for updates as we documented previously and outlined below.Open the Windows update settings by clicking Start > Settings > Update & Security.Click the Check for updates
