Can't access any documents after switching from local account to Microsoft account?

I am currently running Windows 11 Pro Version 10.0.26100 Build 26100. I used this PC with a local account for around a year (never linked to my Microsoft account). I only have one user account on my PC which is what I use for everything, and it has admin access. I have never had an issue viewing, opening, or editing files. My account works for everything that requires admin permission. I am not the best with computers, so I have never done anything to mess around with the file permission settings.
