How can I contact Microsoft Technical support regarding the known issues with the Windows 11, version 24H2 update on Asus machines?

I tried to download & install the 24H2 update last week on my ASUS machine and had to recover the previous version, 23H2. The whole process took around 2 hours. My Windows 11 is now trying to install the update without my permission. I do not want to run this update until I have assurances from Microsoft Technical support that all of the known issues have been addressed.
