I have this weird grey filter like effect flash that only pops up when I open the settings app on windows 11 , how can i fix this ?

So i already tried a lot of things including clean reinstalling windows and my nvidia drivers. Also got in contact with both microsoft and nvidia support for this. Nothing helped yet. I installed windows 11 a couple of days ago, it was an upgrade from windows 10. My system is qualified for windows 11 so no problems there. I noticed that when using the microsoft graphics driver for my rtx 2060 it doesnt have this bug anymore. I tried 4 different versions of the nvidia driver going all the way back to 2020 but nothing changed (did a clean nvidia wipe before reinstalling each time). I tried a lot
