how to fix? After when my pc crashed, there was messages about error 0x800704b3, so i tried fiixng but nothing worked and i cannot make cmds be admin and i got acecess to nothing!

I tried everything, tried being in safe mode and tried to make cmds admin but didnt work, tried to troubleshoot which that didnt work, due to the error code 0x800704b3, and did everything but nothing worked
