I can’t log onto my Windows 11 without my PIN but I can’t recall by PIN and the “I forgot PIN” option is not working

I usually log onto my laptop using the fingerprint option, however after I accidentally failed that a few times it told me that sign in must be with PIN. So now I could only use PIN to sign in however I forgot my PIN so I couldn’t use that to sign in. I tried pressing the “I forgot my PIN” option many times but it just kept reloading the sign in screen and eventually disappeared. I have no other sign in options, I can’t sign in with my Microsoft account password, I tried it didn’t work and there’s no option for that.
