I installed a new SSD Hard Drive on my PC, along with reinstalling Windows 11 Home. I can successfully install iCloud for Windows and can interact with it normally until I restart my PC. After restarting, it will no longer open, and I get an error message "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file...." The path it is looking for is "C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\AppleInciCloud_15.3.138....." I think the issue is that I do not have a "WindowsApps" folder there at all. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling several time, and I even tried creating a "WindowsApps" folder befo
