Ethernet connects then drops on repeat?

Hi could anyone please help me? So ethernet connects for 3seconds disconnects for 30 then repeats. The issue has been on and off for a while (last time was roughly 2months ago) I've usually been able to fix it by trying one of the methods below this time it just won't stay connected. I'm able to swap this pc to windows 10 (using my old hdd) and the issue doesn't persist so I'm assuming the issue is windows 11 related.I've tried multiple different ethernet cables, diagnosing network problems resetting the router calling my internet provider, uninstalling and restarting, uninstalling and reinsta
