Frequent freezing issue

Hi 👋 For more than two weeks, I am suffering with freezing issue.Computer suddenly freezes, both mouse and keyboard do not work, and the only way to get out of this moment is pressing power button and shut off forcefully. I tried safe booting by press shift button and restart, but when computer boot it only shows me blue screen without any message, nor options for troubleshoot. I just had to boot normally and change boot setting manually using msconfig to enter safe booting.I tried everything under:1. Formatting windows11 and reinstall2. Change RAM3. Change PSU4.
