slow accessing various apps and web pages

I've been having a problem for the last 4+weeks whereby once W11 boots up I have an issue with browsers and various apps etc loading slower than normal in computer time. This problem seems to have coincided with the installation of 24H2. At one time I thought the issue was being caused by internet(FIOS) issues. I don't believe that is the case. I ran all the available diagnostics e.g. DSIM, and scannow and both reported no errors. FIOS said everything was working on their end-maybe so. The jury is still out on that. Also, I had Dell do a deep dive into my system and they could not find anythin
