Cannot install anything from Microsoft store, getting error 0x80073cfe

[Windows 11]

I have tried a lot of solutions already, none have worked:sfc scannow in the powershell.Reset microsoft store.reinstalled all Microsoft apps from powershellreinstalled windows from an .iso (while retaining apps and files)I think my only other solutions is to do a fresh install of windows, but I'd really prefer not to. Someone else with a similar problem had corrupt files in ProgramData\Microsoft\windows\AppRepositorySo maybe thats it, but I feel like restoring windows would have fixed that.any other suggestions or maybe some troubleshooting we can do? I just want to download games from gamepas
