Updated my windows and now my games are all within the 7 to 23 fps

Good Day,Ever since i updated my windows update on the 15th of February, all my video games have been playing within the range of 7 to 23 fps, I have updated my drivers, clean reinstalled them, reset my pc twice, put all my in game graphics at the lowest setting, put my battery on maximum performance. My gpu is a rtx 3060 so games should not be a problem, besides the games were all working perfectly before the update. I have tried looking for an older windows version to install but i cant find them and I wouldnt want to do anything that might break my pc.Please helpThank you
