LiveKernelEvent 117, 141 and 1b8

I have a new custom 3d printed desktop PC that I built about a month ago. I was having trouble with a program (Omnissa Horizon Client, not relevant to this post) when I noticed that Windows Event viewer had logged continuous LiveKernelEvent errors ever since I first booted up the PC. They show up in event history as hardware errors. Along with these errors IntelGraphicsSoftware and RazerGameManager3 sometimes crash with KernelBase error.The errors 117, 141 and 1b8 show up at start up and sometimes after the PC has been running for a while.I tried many fixes such as sfc /scannow, the DISM comma
