Why is my lock screen suddenly polluted by widgets?

I left to go do an errand and came back to a disgusting array of things I didn't ask for and don't want plastered all over my lock screen. Why must you constantly dump unwanted features on users? We don't all want the same thing, you intolerably unpredictable dullards.If I want to load the traffic, weather, sports scores, or financial information from a stock market index, I will load it in a web browser (not Edge 🤮🤮🤮). Microsoft is not my source of content. It is basically fucking worthless at this point, Windows is like the easy bake oven of operating systems with a 90 page EULA. JUST BEC
