Double charged for Windows 11 license and Microsoft keep closing my case requests without answering my enquiry

I have opened 2 cases about being double charged for a Windows 11 license, which were both closed without a solution. I need help with a refund for 1 of the charges because I only purchased 1 license but it double charged me. I purchased the Windows 11 Pro license (upgraded from Windows 11 Home) through the Microsoft store and it did not allow me to upgrade, so I tried again. But this double charged me. Please get back to me as soon as possible.
