Installed Windows 10 on new PC with old retail license to then upgrade to Windows 11 but it won't activate.

I deactivated Windows 10 on my old PC, then, using a USB key that already had Windows 10 on it, installed it on my new computer. I activated it using the same license but unfortunately that version of Windows 10 was too old and even when updated I found out it installed with the wrong BIOS mode (legacy), blocking me from upgrading to Windows 11 . Using my old PC, I wiped the USB key and downloaded the latest version of Windows 10 to then reinstall it on the new PC, which was then able to upgrade to Windows 11.
