. I have a HP Pavilion x360 Convertible 14m-dw0xxx model laptop and have been using a bluetooth mouse, however I need help to reinstall the missing driver on my laptop. I have done the following necessary troubleshooting steps: 1. Restart and Shut Down PC at least 5 times. I have attempted to press the corner button of my touchpad to activate the touchpad, no feedback received. I have went into device manager; and selected Human Interface Components - to update drivers, and received no issues. I have went onto your website to search for the missing drivers, not found.
