During an update, I inadvertently closed the laptop. Now it wont boot up. It goes to Samsung logo and then immediately gives me the message All boot options tried

IM RUNNING Windows 11 on a Samsung laptop. During an update, I inadvertently shut the laptop. Now it wont boot up. It goes to the Samsung logo, then immediately goes to message screen saying "All boot options tried...." I try f4, but it just restarts and goes back to same screen. I tried f2 and get bios options, but none of the options change anything. What do I do?
