Windows 11 Posted February 17 Posted February 17 I am having problems with Windows on my newly purchased steelseries nova7p wireles headset. Once the headphones are connected, everything is normal. sounds great. But after a short while, the sounds stop. I don't know what happened. Is my headset faulty? When I bought it, it was stated that it was multiplatform. That is, it is compatible with desktop computers. but the sound cuts out. I make the connection via Dongle. I connect from the type-e C port of my motherboard. I tried using the converter from different USB 3.0 ports and the result is still the same. I'm about to go crazy.
