Control over my windows 11

Hi, I am using windows 11 on my personal asus laptop . One of my family member is able to access my laptop and changing setup. He is able to change system settings , browser configuration and able to install/remove/update s/w, antivirus and VPN configuration (i changed three antivirus s/w). I am not able to access internet connection after i connect to VPN. So i had to stop VPN. I see lot of trackers getting blocked in VPN logs , Also i see randomly some application try to connect to internet while i am not doing anything with that.I removed remote desktop s/w , disable shared folders , rem
