Extract All Button Not Working (Right-clicking does) Windows 11

When I try to open a ZIP file by pressing the "Extract all" button on the File Explorer ribbon, nothing happens. Right-clicking the file and choosing Extract all DOES work, but I'm simply wondering why the ribbon button isn't. Any ideas? I've checked and the default program for .ZIP files is File Explorer. The file is not corrupt, as I'm able to open it by right-clicking. This happens regardless of where the .ZIP file is, not only in the Downloads folder. Windows 11 Home, version 24H2.
