24H2 version freezing computer and requires hard restart during load screen of games

Hello!As I can see, the same problem has been thrown around in the forum almost 100 times during the past 4 months it has been an issue.I have read almost all of the "answers" and "helpful tips" if you want to call them like that. There is no definitive solution and microsoft is incompetent enough to not know how to fix it. Before the you all gather around with pitchforks i will share my suppiort request number (7067729901).
