Possible malware attempt? I have never had this appear in my event log?

This event appeared in my Event Viewer about 1 minute after I had finished a Full System scan. Any idea why? I check the event log after I do a scan just to be safe and knowledgable, and I have never seen this event appear before. I am a little freaked out.
