Windows 11 Posted February 18 Posted February 18 I started getting a BSOD with the CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED stop code after updating my computer to Windows 11, Version 23H2.The computer is usable but blue screens about 3-4 times a day throughout use. I have checked for corrupted system files, a few were identified, but resolution did not fix the issue. Scanned the hard drive, ran Memory Diagnostics, uninstalled recently installed software, and rolled back some drivers that were updated around the same time.The only thing that temporarily seemed to help was uninstalling the latest Windows update.
