Windows 11 corrupts itself over time and reinstall doesn't fix it.

Hi everyone. I built my PC in late 2019 and installed windows 10 pro on it. Everything worked well. When windows 11 came out, I upgraded to it and everything was fine at first. Eventually, I noticed my icons and desktop items were disappearing. It got worse as time went on. Eventually nothing worked any more so I decided to reinstall windows and I lost everything. Even after starting fresh, it did it again. It went away for a while but recently it started showing signs of it happening again.
