Computer Spamming Key in Odd Way

Every time I boot up my PC, it's fine for a while. Maybe an hour or two before it starts. It'll hold down my CTRL key, (if it's both or just one of them I'm unsure) and then once I press CTRL it spams my C key with no end in sight. It's impossible to do anything on my computer when it's doing this. Every time I've encountered this issue, I simply shut down my PC since I can't reach the restart button. Once I boot up my PC the issue starts again after around a maximum of 30 seconds. And then the cycle repeats after I manually restart my PC again, with the hour or two delay before it acts up.I h
