Windows does not boot - Dell logo appears and the system turns off, it keeps happening in a loop

Hello Team,I had installed Ubuntu (dual boot) in D drive of my system along with windows 11 long back. I wanted to remove Ubuntu from dual boot and deallocate the space allocated to it. As mentioned on internet, I have followed this process to remove ubuntu:Delete Partitions allocated to Ubuntu using windows disk management and extend the D drive to occupy the freed partition space.Unfortunately, when I restart the system Dell logo appears, keyboard backlight turns on, the system cooling fan turns on and suddenly everything turns off - screen, keyboard and that cooling fan.
