If a Lenovo PC is purchased with Windows 11 Home & then Updated to Win 11 Pro via the Microsoft Store, will it eventually "become" Win 11 Enterprise?

The Community Forum seems to imply that this is true.Can anyone confirm this?If this is true and I have to reload the ORIGINAL Win 11 HOME via Lenovo's USB Recovery Disc, and then apply my Windows Store Win 10/11 Pro "update", how (and when) does Win 11 ENTERPRISE get applied again?I'm confused
