Windows 11 Posted February 19 Posted February 19 I used the NVIDIA APP to download and install the newest driver and my screen went blank during the process, and I couldn't access safe mode or the bios. I finally just took off the back cover and unplugged the graphics card and rebooted the computer. Then I turned the system back off and plugged the graphics card back in and turned it back on. It worked like a charm. I have my secondary graphics card disabled. Should I enable this integrated graphics for safety during these updates or is there any a way I can access my advanced settings to repair this if it happens again.
