Search within folder contain searchable PDF files

[Windows 11]

i have a folder containing all PDF Searchable files i scanned. The folder is shared among my computers via OneDrive, one running windows 10 and the other Windows 11. when I search within the folder on windows 10 different keywords, I immediately get accurate results, however on windows 11 I'm not able to find anything, it will show me results if i was to type 2 or 3 letters but no results once i search for complete words. in addition, the results showing some gibberish words see screenshot. i tried going through the indexing options to make sure the folder I'm trying to search within is indexe
