Hi Microsoft Support,I am experiencing a persistent issue with Windows Installer Service on my Windows machine. I cannot install any .msi files (e.g., PowerShell 7, AWS CLI, Visual Studio) because the installer either gets stuck or shows errors.Error Messages:"Another installation is in progress.
