I had a number of problems with software on a new Scorptec rtx A2000 workstation with win 11 PRO and OFFICE 365/COPILOT.I received 7 days ago.Microsoft au contacted Microsoft US who then sorted out both account and technical problems the locals could not resolve.They also provided me with a case number and email address so I could contact them if there were any more problems and get a fast response.As it is now refusing to accept the use of 2 different headsets for dictation etc. I tried to send an email detailing all the actions i had tried as they were happy to access my computer if require
