Why is my audio constantly messed up since updating to windows 11?

For a couple of months I thought that my headset was starting to die on me, but one day I switched my audio over to my speakers and noticed the same crackling-like sound that I had been hearing in my headphones. It is an issue that bugs the hell out of me and I don’t know how to fix it. The only temporary fix is restarting my computer immediately upon booting it up. Yes I have the latest updates installed.
