you need to activate windows before you can personalize your pc

on February 16th i purchased a pc from microcenter who were the ones that installed windows 11 on my new custom pc and i am not able to finalize setting up my computer because it did an auto update from version 2024-10 Update for Windows 11 for x64-based Systems (KB5001716) to update 2023-11 Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB4023057) and now in my settings its telling me windows isn't activated. I've tried to contact the store and have gotten nowhere even with paper work showing i bought everything that was suggested and they failed to return me the windows 11 i purch
