Windows 11 Posted February 20 Posted February 20 Hello, I have this issue when I startup my computer and try to log in, this is what happens first:1) You are offline try being online first2) Despite typing correct PIN it says: Cannot verify your credentials 3) Cannot reset my PIN through windows account 4) When trying to restart it it results in bluescreen: BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG_INFO, I've already tried following fixes: Running in safe mode, I ran: "chkdsk C: /f /r /x", these only resulted in bluescreen. I already tried fixing my boot through bootrec: bootrec /rebuildbcd, was successful; bootrec /fixmbr, also successful; and finally bootrecView the full article Quote
