I am experiencing an issue where parts of my screen randomly freeze on Windows 11 (Version 24H2, OS Build 26100.3194). The root cause is unclear, but I suspect it might be a Windows-related issue.The issue primarily occurs in Microsoft Edge and Visual Studio Code, as well as some other text editors. Since I work with 3D rendering on web applications, disabling Hardware Acceleration is not an option.
