for some reason the right side of my screen is bugged

ok so everytime i restart my pc it works just fine but after some time i cant click on this side of the screen, when gaming in full screen my mouse will appear there if moved to far to the right and if i click it will click me off the game. i cant access the volume mixer, network, or the show hiden icons at the bottom right either but can somehow still use the notification bar. really wish these allowed video so i can show my issue in dept a very hard one to explain
